All of our items will be delivered at place (DAP), for overseas orders it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover any import duties which may be applicable in the destination country.

 

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are given in the shopping basket at the time of order.  In the case of overseas (non-UK) orders we will provide you with a separate quote for shipping.

 

Returns & Refunds

AMS Equipment Limited offers a 7 day cooling off period for the return of all non-faulty items.  In order to qualify for this, you must contact us in writing at sales@amsequipment.com.

The cost of returning unwanted items is at the your own cost.  The cost of the item will be refunded via the payment method used to pay for the item, minus any delivery costs.

Returns are accepted as long as the items are in their original packaging as received, complete with all accessories and the equipment is in their original condition.

If goods received are found to be faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been supplied contact AMS Equipment Limited via email at sales@amsequipment.com within 24 hours, quoting your order number and contact details.

AMS Equipment Limited will arrange for the goods to be uplifted for inspection.  If following inspection AMS Equipment Limited finds the goods to be faulty, damaged or have been incorrectly supplied we will offer replacement goods or a full refund.
